ManpowerGroup: Q2 EPS slumps 44%

(CercleFinance.com) - ManpowerGroup has reported net earnings of $1.
29 per share for the quarter ended June, down 44% y-o-y, on revenues of $4.9bn, down 4% relative to Q2 2022.

The difficult operating environment in the US and Europe contributed to the decline in sales at Manpower, Experis and Talent Solutions, the human resources services group said, which also blames the strong dollar.

It also announces its decision to terminate its Proservia managed services business in Germany, which it says is an outsourcing activity, although it does not form part of its future strategy, in order to improve the profitability of its Northern European businesses.
