Lennar Corp: more than triples dividend

(CercleFinance.com) - Leading US homebuiler Lennar Corp has said that, on Thursday evening, its board of directors decided increase its annual dividend by 213%, bringing it to 50 cents per A or B share, to be paid on a quarterly basis of 12.
5 cents per share.

A first payment will be paid on 7 February to shareholders registered on 24 January. For the record, the residential home builder reported Q4 EPS of 2.13 dollars.
