Intel: ups 2018 forecasts

(CercleFinance.com) - On the occasion of its peak of activity, Intel has upped its annual targets to now aim for an adjusted EPS of 4.
15 dollars, give or take 5%.

The Santa Clara Group unveiled on Thursday evening adjusted (non-GAAP) net profits up 41% to 4.9 billion dollars for the second quarter, or 1.04 dollars per share, making for an EPS seven cents above consensus.

The microprocessor behemoth saw its gross margins remain at 63% for revenue growth of 15% to 17 billion dollars, with in particular a 27% increase in sales of processors for data centres.
