Home Depot: Q2 EPS up 13%

7% increase in Q2 EPS to 4.53 dollars, with revenues up 8.1% at 41.1 billion dollars (+3.4% LFL in the US alone).

"We achieved a milestone of over $40 billion in quarterly sales for the first time in Company history", said CEO Craig Menear, who points to the "dynamic and challeging environment" in which Home Depot operates.
