ExxonMobil: investment plans to 2027

(CercleFinance.com) - Energy company ExxonMobil says it has finalised a plan to spend 15 billion dollars on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction projects over the next six years.


It also plans to maintain investments of between 20 and 25 billion dollars per year through 2027, with flexibility to adapt to adverse market conditions or changes in policy and technology for low-emission projects.

Saying that it is on track to meet its 2025 GHG emissions reduction plans four years ahead of schedule, ExxonMobil says it has developed more aggressive plans for further Scope 1 and Scope 2 reductions through to 2030.
