eBay: agreement to acquire TCGplayer for $295m

The acquisition enhances eBay's targeted category strategy and reinforces the company's commitment to trading card enthusiasts.

It is expected that eBay will acquire TCGplayer for a total value of up to approximately 295 million dollars. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
