Disney: 'Avengers: Endgame' breaks records at box office

(CercleFinance.com) - Disney's "Avengers: Endgame" has broken records at the worldwide box office for its opening weekend, according to data released on Monday.


The Marvel superhero movie has earned a massive 1.2 billion dollars over the weekend, powered by intertnational entries amounting to 860 million dollars.

The film made 350 million dollars on its domestic market, closely followed by 330 million dollars in China.

The last "Avengers" episode has overtaken supernatural horror flick "The Curse of La Llorona" and parody superhero movie "Shazam" at the world box office.
