DR Horton: raises dividend 13%

(CercleFinance.com) - On unveiling its annual earnings, DR Horton announced a 13% increase in its quarterly dividend to 225 cents per share, which will be distributed on 15 December to shareholders on record on 6 December.


For Q4 2020-21 (ending September), the homebuilder's EPS jumped 65% to 3.70 dollars, on revenues that are up 27% to 8.1 billion dollars (including 7.6 billion dollars for construction revenues).

With full-year EPS up 78% at 11.41 dollars and revenue up 37% at 27.8 billion dollars, DR Horton expects revenue of between 32.5 and 33.5 billion dollars for the year ahead.
