Conagra: raises dividend on quarterly results

(CercleFinance.com) - Alongside the publication of its quarterly results, Conagra Brands said that its Board of Directors had authorised a 6% increase in the annualised dividend rate, to $1.
40 per share, with effect from the quarterly interim dividend payable on 31 August.

For Q4 2022-23, it posted adjusted EPS that fell 4.6% to $0.62, for an adjusted operating margin that is down 0.4 point to 14.6%, with sales of $2.97bn, up 2.2% - both as reported and on an organic basis.

For the year ahead, the food group expects adjusted EPS of 2.70 to 2.75 dollars, an adjusted operating margin of 16% to 16.5%, and organic sales growth of around 1%.
