Caterpillar: Q1 revenues up 14%

(CercleFinance.com) - Caterpillar has announced Q1 2022 revenues of 13.
6 billion dollars, up 14%, from 11.9 billion dollars in Q1 2021.

The group's operating profit margin was 13.7% in Q1 2022, compared to 15.3% in Q1 2021.

Q1 2022 EPS reached 2.86 dollars, compared to 2.77 dollars in Q1 2021. Q1 Adjusted EPS was 2.88 dollars, compared to adjusted EPS of 2.87 dollars last year. Adjusted EPS excluded restructuring costs - for both quarters.

The company repurchased 0.8 billion dollars of Caterpillar common stock and made a dividend payment of 0.6 billion dollars over the period.
