Biogen: increases annual targets again

(CercleFinance.com) - Biogen today announced that it has further increased its guidance for 2022, now targeting adjusted EPS of 16.
50 to 17.15 dollars (from 15.25 to 16.75 dollars), along with revenues of 10 to 10.15 billion dollars (from 9.9 to 10.1 billion dollars previously).

The biotech group said that this increase in its guidance is largely thanks to a better-than-expected top-line performance, as well as continued cost management efforts.

Biogen reported Q3 adjusted EPS of 4.77 dollars on revenue that is down 10% to 2.51 billion dollars (down 8% at constant exchange rates), of which 1.62 billion dollars was generated by the multiple sclerosis franchise alone.
