SAS: passenger traffic up 26% in November
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday SAS reported a 26% y-o-y increase in traffic in November, with around 1.
67 million passengers carried.
The Scandinavian airline said that its capacity increased by 20% last month, giving a load factor - one of the industry's key measures - that rose eight points to 69%.
Compared to October, however, its passenger traffic was down 14%, with capacity down 17%.
At around 2.30pm, SAS shares were down by around 1.2%, while the European sector index, the STOXX Europe 600 Travel & Leisure, was up by 0.2%.
