Electrolux: shareholders approve dividend and new chairman

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday shareholders of Sweden's Electrolux approved the proposed dividend of 8.
30 Swedish kronor per share, to be paid in two equal instalments in April and October.

Staffan Bohman - a board member at Swedish mining equipment maker Atlas Copco and chairman of The German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce - was elected as a new board member, and was also elected chairman of the board.

The group's nine other directors were re-elected to the board.

The proposed remuneration for group management was also approved.
