Stellantis: Peugeot 208 retains top spot

(CercleFinance.com) - The Peugeot 208 retains its number one position in France for the month and for the year to date 2024.
The Peugeot E-208 is also a notable success, with a significant increase in sales of 60.1% over the previous year. It thus confirms its leading position in the electric vehicle market.

Peugeot is increasing its volumes in the PC + LCV market in France, up 4.7% on a cumulative basis for the first four months of 2024 compared with 2023.

The Peugeot 208 continues to top the list of best-selling vehicles in France, with a market share of 5.5%, up 0.6% year-on-year.

In the LCV market alone, Peugeot recorded a 13.1% increase in volume for the year to date 2024, with a market share of 17.1%, up 0.4 points and consolidating its position as second in the French market.
