ABN Amro: Oddo raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Analysts at Oddo maintain their Neutral rating on the ABN Amro stock, although have upped their target price to 28.
40 euros (against 26 euros).

The broker believes that the group's financial objectives are realistic. Both Oddo and the consensus expect that the group will achieve its financial targets for 2020. It believes that there is limited upside potential in EPS estimates.

Regarding its dividend, Oddo says that the market is already expecting a more generous payout: the consensus expects an average payout of 70%, against slightly more (72%) for Oddo and the group's target of 50%. The market is therefore already pricing in a generous dividend policy.
In its daily equity review, Oddo wonders what to expect from the group's investor day scheduled for 16 November 2018.
