FCA: Oddo says 'bold' strategic turn at Masterati

(CercleFinance.com) - This morning, an Oddo BHF analyst confirmed his "buy" recommendation on the FCA stock, appreciating a bold strategic turn at Maserati, with a daring return to the luxury sports segment.


The broker also notes that Maserati also announces that all of its next models will be available as all-electric versions, with the first models expected by 2022 on performance levels similar to the thermal versions according to the group (800v system). The group will notably rely on silicon carbide inverter technology developed in-house, which will increase the autonomy of the vehicles by 5% to 10% (while not communicating any targets for autonomy, some press sources suggest 320 km), claiming to be the first manufacturer to offer this technology.

In its report Oddo BHF confirms its target price of 10 euros.
