Euronext: cash volumes down 14% in June

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has announced average daily transactions of 7.
59 billion euros on its cash markets in June 2019, down 14% y-o-y.

The pan-European stockmarket operator stated that transactions in ETF index funds fell by 15.3% y-o-y, with an average daily transaction value of 227 million euros.

The overall average daily volume of derivatives traded fell by 4.6% y-o-y to 555,310 contracts, while the average daily volume on the spot foreign exchange market fell by 13.3% to 19.27 billion dollars.
