Intelsat: stops talks with SES

(CercleFinance.com) - In a brief statement, Luxembourg-based satellite operator SES says that discussions regarding a possible combination with its US competitor Intelsat have been interrupted, without giving further details.


The group, which had confirmed these negotiations on 29 March, in response to market rumours, says that, at the time, it specified that there could be no certainty that a transaction would materialise.
