WPP: board member appointed on Far Point's board

(CercleFinance.com) - WPP said on Friday that Nicole Seligman, a member of its board of directors, has been appointed as a non-executive director at Far Point, a newly organised "blank check" company that has been organised to pursue mergers, acquisitions, and other business combinations.


As a reminder, WPP re-elected all of its board of directors at its annual general meeting on Wednesday, including Seligman, despite the recent scandal involving former CEO Martin Sorrell.
