UniCredit: a holding company for business outside Italy?
(CercleFinance.com) - The UniCredit share is up 4.
8% in Milan today, while according to Aurel BGC which quotes the Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore, the bank is considering forming a company in Germany, encompassing all of its activities outside Italy. The broker explains that this idea could be presented on 3 December, when the group announces its next business plan, and that this holding company may eventually be floated.
