Accenture: acquires Stellantis' WCM business

(CercleFinance.com) - accenture today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Stellantis' World Class Manufacturing Training & Consulting business, a centre of excellence that supports manufacturing process and supply chain optimisation.


The acquisition enables Accenture to integrate the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology into its solutions to help clients transform their manufacturing processes and supply chain networks to be more efficient, sustainable and resilient.

Accenture said the acquisition is part of its global growth strategy to build critical competencies and key growth markets to help clients drive 360-degree value in their businesses.

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
