Forsee Power: Mitsui & Co falls below 25% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On February 6, Mitsui & Co Ltd declared to the AMF that it had crossed below the threshold of 25% of Forsee Power's voting rights and held 19,064,883 Forsee Power shares, representing 26.
65% of the company's capital and 23.97% of its voting rights.

The Japanese group states that this threshold crossing results from the loss of double voting rights following the conversion to bearer shares of the French supplier of battery systems for electric mobility.
