Vallourec: evolution towards new energies

(CercleFinance.com) - Vallourec announces the evolution of its Executive Committee to further strengthen its industrial and commercial performance in New Energies.


Thus, as of 1 May 2024, Delphy, the innovative and secure large-scale vertical hydrogen storage solution, will report directly to Philippe Guillemot, Vallourec CEO.

At the same time, premium tubular solutions dedicated to geothermal, hydrogen, carbon sequestration, solar and biomass will join the activities headed by Bertrand de Rotalier, now Director of the Business Line renamed New Energies, Project Line Pipe and Process.

According to Vallourec, this new organisation confirms the relevance of the solutions provided to meet the challenges of the energy transition.

Vallourec's ambition is to become a leading player in this transition, with 10% to 15% of its EBITDA in New Energies by 2030.
