FDJ: Stéphane Pallez reappointed as CEO for 4 years

(CercleFinance.com) - FDJ has announced that its Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Stéphane Pallez as Chairman and CEO, for a four-year term.


CEO of La Française des Jeux since 2014, Stéphane Pallez led a major transformation of the company during her first two mandates, combining growth, digitalization, innovation and societal commitment, the company points out.

Stéphane Pallez notably led the successful privatization by way of FDJ's IPO in November 2019, which was the starting point for a new stage in the Group's development.

' I am delighted to be able to continue the Group's transformation into a European champion in gaming and gambling thanks to the Kindred acquisition project, announced at the start of the year, in line with our values of responsibility and positive impact', commented the CEO.
