FDJ: Kindred modifies its articles of association following the takeover bid

(CercleFinance.com) - FDJ announces that Kindred's shareholders, meeting at an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 15, 2024, have approved an amendment to the articles of association to enable the implementation of a squeeze-out procedure in the event of FDJ acquiring at least 90% of Kindred's capital.


This decision comes after FDJ filed a takeover bid for Kindred with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA), subject to certain conditions precedent - including the amendment of Kindred's articles of association.

For the record, the takeover bid was opened on February 20, 2024, for a maximum period of 39 weeks.
