FDJ: H1 earnings almost tripled
(CercleFinance.com) - FDJ (Française des Jeux) has published H1 2021 net income that has almost tripled (+190.
2%) to 146 million euros for the first half of 2021, with EBITDA of 261 million, i.e. an EBITDA margin of 24.1%, against 20.5% a year ago.
Revenues, i.e. net gaming revenue (PNJ) and revenue from adjacent activities (international, payment & services and entertainment), amounted to 1.08 billion euros, up 27.5 %, for H1 bets of 9.16 billion euros.
For FY 2021, FDJ forecasts bets totaling around 18.8 billion euros, revenues of 2.2 billion euros, an EBITDA margin of at least 22% and a conversion rate of EBITDA into free cash flow maintained at over 80%.
