Unibail-Rodamco: successful bond placement

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has announced that it has successfully made a 1.
25 billion bond placement, thereby strengthening its liquidity position and extending the maturity of its debt.

The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of upcoming maturities.

The bond offering consists of two senior tranches, of 650 million euros, maturing in seven years and five months at a fixed coupon of 0.75%, and 600 million euros with a maturity of 12 years at a fixed coupon of 1.375%.
