Rubis: option for dividend payment in shares

(CercleFinance.com) - Rubis, a group that is specialised in the storage of industrial liquids, has said that its AGM of 11 June decided to pay a dividend of 1.
59 euro per ordinary share and 0.79 euro per prerence share, with holders of ordinary shares having the option to receive payment in new shares.

The price of the new shares issued as dividend payments has been set at 40.15 euros, with the maximum total number of shares that may be issued at 3.848.270, representing approximately 3.95% of the group's capital and voting rights.

Shareholders wishing to opt for the dividend in shares will be able to apply between 19 June and 10 July inclusive. The shares will be issued on 16 July, the same date at the payment of the cash dividend.
