Soitec: Chairman to step down in July

(CercleFinance.com) - Soitec announces that Eric Meurice has decided to step down from his position as Director and Chairman of the Board at the close of the next AGM on 23 July.
He will then take on a strategic advisory role to the CEO for one year.

In line with the succession plan drawn up by the semiconductor materials group, the Board has appointed Christophe Gégout as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Strategy Committee for a transitional period.

Christophe Gégout will be replaced as Lead Director by Delphine Segura-Vaylet, and as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee by Shuo Zhang. The group has begun a process to replace and recruit a new director.
