Europcar: deputy CEO quits

(CercleFinance.com) - Europcar announces that after eight years working with the group, Deputy CEO Ken McCall has decided to leave the group's Executive board, with immediate effect.

He will be Group Chief Countries and Operations Officer until the end of the year.

He will be replaced from 1 January by Olivier Baldassari, who is currently VP of operations and logistics for the USA scope within Rexel, where he has made a major contribution to the division's transformation.

In addition, a commercial and customer experience manager will be recruited in 2019. Fabrizio Ruggiero, currently Deputy CEO, Member of the Management Board, currently in charge of Sales, Marketing, Customers and Low Cost, will stay acting on this scope in the transition period.
