Spie: completes acquisition of Energotest

(CercleFinance.com) - Spie has announced the acquisition of Energotest in Poland.


Based in Gliwice, Energotest offers solutions in the field of automation for power plants and industrial installations throughout Poland.

Its range of services covers the design, installation and commissioning of automation systems for new installations or renovation projects.

Energotest's sales reached approximately 12 million euros in 2019.
