Worldline: FIL Limited exceeds 5% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On April 23, 2024, FIL Limited declared to the AMF that it had indirectly exceeded the threshold of 5% of Worldline's voting rights and indirectly held 5.
86% of the company's capital and 5.08% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing resulted from the acquisition of Worldline shares on the market.
