Worldline: Board shakeup

(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline announces that Agnès Park and Sylvia Steinmann will join its Board of Directors as independent directors, and Olivier Gavalda, Deputy CEO of Crédit Agricole, as a non-independent director, at the close of the company's next AGM.


In addition, Agnès Audier, Lorenz Von Habsburg Lothringen and Danielle Lagarde have decided not to renew their mandates, while two other board members, Gilles Arditti and Caroline Parot, will resign.

Wilfried Verstraete will chair the new board, which interim chairman Georges Pauget has decided to leave after the AGM scheduled for June 13. The board of directors of the payment solutions group will thus be reduced from 15 to 12 members.
