Thanks to this innovation, at sav.darty.com, customers will find information helping them to extend the life of their devices, along with their repair.

This service is thought out, the group says, like a "Wikipedia of repairs".

The group is gradually publishing on this platform the technical knowledge base that Darty's SAV (customer service department) has been building for over 20 years: 50,000 solutions are already available online.
