Argan: acquires two logistics platforms of 128,000m2

(CercleFinance.com) - Argan, which develops and leases logistics platforms, has announced the acquisition of a portfolio of two logistics platforms totaling 128,000 m².


The first warehouse, located in Neuville-aux-Bois (45) near Orléans, covers 84,000 m² divided into 15 cells. This temperature-controlled platform is fully leased to FM Logistic for a 9-year firm term.

The second platform, located near Nancy (54), was built in 2018 and has a surface area of 44,000m². This site accommodates two tenants: Cora, a hypermarket, on 6 cells with a lease with a residual firm term of 9 years, and Vigneron Logistique, a storage and distribution company in the North and Grand Est region of France on 1 cell.
