Arkema: BlackRock exceeds 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on April 30 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Arkema's share capital, and held 5.
02% of the capital and 4.05% of the voting rights in the chemicals group.

The American asset management behemoth explains that this threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Arkema shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
