Legrand: successful E400m bond issue

(CercleFinance.com) - Legrand announced on Monday evening that it has made a bond issue totaling 400 million euros, maturing in nine years' time (maturity date of 24 June 2028), with a coupon of 0.
625% per annum.

This successful bond issue was oversubscribed to by 3.9 times, which - once again - illustrates investors' confidence in the strength of the group's development model, the specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures said.
