Gecina: sells 5 office blocks

(CercleFinance.com) - Gecina has completed the sale of 5 office blocks outside Paris, representing total surface area of over 25,000 m2 for nearly 112 million euros, excluding transfer duties.


On 16 December, Gecina completed the sale of a portfolio of four buildings in Boulogne-Billancourt and Vincennes, representing nearly 12,000 m2, to Carac, a mutual savings, retirement and providence insurance company.

On 15 December, the Group also finalised the sale, to Groupe PATRIMONI, of an office block in Antony, which has a surface area of around 13,600 m2.
