Bureau Veritas: Eufor holds less than 30% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On April 4, 2024, the simplified joint stock company Eufor declared to the AMF that it had crossed below the thresholds of 50% of the voting rights and 1/3 and 30% of the capital of Bureau Veritas, and that it held 120,276,904 Bureau Veritas shares representing 240,553,808 voting rights, i.
e. 26.50% of the capital and 41.23% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an off-market sale of Bureau Veritas shares.
