Bureau Veritas: quarterly sales up 8.7% in organic terms

(CercleFinance.com) - Bureau Veritas has reported Q3 sales of 1,457 million euros, up 17% y-o-y (including 8.
7% organic growth).

Each of the divisions posted positive organic growth, including Marine & Offshore (+9.7%), Food & Commodities (+9.6%), Industry (+10.6%), Construction & Infrastructure (+11%), Certification (+6.6%) and Consumer Products (+0.6%).

Based on YTD performance, significant growth opportunities related to its sustainability services and solutions offering, and excluding the annual impact of the Covid-19-related restrictions in China, Bureau Veritas still expects to:

- achieve moderate single-digit organic growth;
- improve the adjusted operating margin; and
- generate high cash flow, with a cash conversion rate of over 90%.
