Amundi: adjusted net income up 4% in 2023

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi has reported a 3.
9% rise in adjusted net income to E1.22bn for 2023, reflecting a 2.1% increase in adjusted net revenues to E3.2bn, with adjusted expenses rising at the same rate to E1.71bn.

Amundi's assets under management at end-2023 were up 7% y-o-y to E2,037bn. Over FY 2023, the asset management group generated inflows of +E25.8bn, positive for retail, institutional and joint ventures.

The Board of Directors will propose a stable dividend of E4.10 per share in cash to the AGM on 24 May, corresponding to a payout ratio of 72% of net income, group share, and a yield of 6.6% based on the share price on 2 February.
