Amundi: integration of Pioneer Investment finalised

(CercleFinance.com) - Amundi has announced the completion of the integration of Pioneer Investments with the merger of its three flagship vehicles under Luxembourg law: Amundi Funds, Amundi Funds II (formerly Pioneer Funds) and Amundi Sicav II (formerly Pioneer Funds' feeder fund).


After downsizing, the IT migrations and the entities' legal mergers, this is the last phase of integration of Pioneer Investments, whose definitive acquisition was announced on 3 July 2017.

At the end of June this streamlining will give birth to a single umbrella Sicav under Luxembourg law, Amundi Funds, which will comprise around 90 sub-funds and which will manage total assets of nearly 90 billion euros.
