Orange: hybrid bond transactions

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange has announced its intention to issue a new series of euro-denominated undated deeply subordinated notes, including an initial early redemption option at its option on or after 15 December 2030.


The telecom operator is also announcing the launch of a contractual tender offer for two other existing strains of hybrid bonds, with first interest rate refixing dates of 15 April 2025 and 1 October 2026.

One of the aims of these transactions is to proactively manage Orange's portfolio of hybrid instruments. The buyback offer closes at 5pm on 4 April, and the results will be announced the following day.
