Chargeurs: Offer reopened for 10 trading sessions

(CercleFinance.com) - On March 19, 2024, the settlement-delivery date of the Offer, Colombus Holding and Colombus Holding 2 will jointly hold 16,300,362 shares representing 65.
56% of Chargeurs' share capital and 66.55% of its voting rights (including the 824,460 treasury shares).

Following the success of the tender offer and in accordance with regulations, the Offer is reopened for 10 trading sessions.

The Offer is reopened from March 19 to April 3, 2024.
