Eiffage: Barclays raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays reinstates its "overweight" recommendation on the Eiffage share, having increased its corresponding target price from 96 euros to 100 euros, in a report on French construction and motorway concession shares.


However, the broker has cut its estimates ahead of its 2020 results to take into account the second round of lockdowns, travel restrictions and a more gradual recovery in traffic in 2021. Even so, its outlook for contracting is broadly unchanged.

Barclays raises its price targets for Vinci and Eiffage, while it has cut its TP for Bouygues. The broker reiterates its preference for Eiffage, which provides " a more resilient asset mix and better value".
