Eiffage: delivers Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie

(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage and its partner Generim announce that they have delivered the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie on 18 December, to the City of Lyon, which was sold before completion (VEFA), signed on 6 July 2017.


Located in the district called “Dôme des quatre rangs,” the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie has a surface area of 4,000 m2. Visitors will enjoy the permanent and temporary exhibitions that will be presented, along with tasting areas and a shop.

Destined to become an international tourist destination, the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie in Lyon will open to the public in the autumn of 2019 and is expected to welcome some 300,000 visitors each year.
