Casino: legal reorganisation launched in France

(CercleFinance.com) - Casino announced on Tuesday that it had set up a joint holding company to support its planned legal reorganisation of food retailing activities in France.


The group said that the entities within Monoprix's scope have already been placed under this holding company, called CGP Distribution France, which is wholly owned by Casino Guichard-Perrachon.

The contribution of Casino France's distribution activities - the final stage of this reorganisation - is expected to occur in H1 2023.
