Vinci: invests in NatPower SA

(CercleFinance.com) - Vinci has announced that it has made a E50m investment in NatPower SA, a renewable energy development platform that was set up in 2019, which mainly operates in Italy, the UK and US.


The investment includes the acquisition of 10% of the company's share capital, as well as the subscription of convertible bonds enabling the group to increase its stake over time, and eventually exercise an option to take control.

This investment is accompanied by an agreement for the joint development of renewable energy projects in the United States. Within this framework, a joint venture company will be created, controlled by Vinci through its subsidiary Cobra IS.
