Capgemini: contract with TenneT for a cloud platform

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced the signing of a 12-year contract worth over E100m with TenneT, which operates over 23,500 kilometres of high-voltage power lines in the Netherlands and Germany, to design, build and deploy a cloud platform.


This platform will enable TenneT to work more efficiently within an extended ecosystem of partners, and provide it with more accurate information and greater flexibility to manage a growing volume of data.

Capgemini will also enable TenneT to adopt emerging technologies more quickly by providing an end-to-end migration from local data centers to the cloud, benefiting from a highly secure and fully managed infrastructure.
