Capgemini: Altran CEO resigns

(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini announces that Dominique Cerutti, CEO since 2015 and previously the Chair of the Board of Directors of Altran, is to leave his role on 31 December to pursue other professional opportunities.


“Dominique Cerutti was a fervent player in its acquisition by Capgemini, launched in 2019 and successfully concluded in 2020”, underlines the IT services giant, specifying that the “integration of Altran is on track and progressing as planned”.

Over the course of the last eight months, Dominique Cerutti has worked to put in place solid bases for the integration of Altran and to promote a new generation of leaders under the management of Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini.
